All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, PrimePicks will cover return shipping
If the return is due to change of mind or preference, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
